Are you experiencing application crashes, freezes or hangs when you log out from RDP connections - especially through VPN connections? If so, you should disable UDP usage in your RDP client configuration.
There are two ways to disable UDP usage for RDP on your system where your client/Royal TS runs:
1. Group Policy
Local Computer Policy --> Computer Configuration --> Administrative Templates --> Windows Components --> Remote Desktop Services --> Remote Desktop Connection Client --> Turn Off UDP On Client --> Set to 'Enabled'
2. Registry
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Terminal Services\Client
Create a DWORD value with the name "fClientDisableUDP" and set the value to 1.
