"Waiting for approval" notice when using Duo Push for 2FA

We successfully set up 2FA with Cisco Duo a the 2FA provider. We are using push notifications for 2FA and noticed that we only see the "Loading, please wait" screen when Royal Server is waiting for the 2FA to be approved. This has lead to significant confusion, as we were waiting for a message like "Waiting for 2FA to be approved" or some notice to the user that 2FA approval is now waiting.
The functionality is not impacted but the user experience when using Duo Push would be significantly improved if the user would know that an action is now required.
We think that simple pop-up window similar to the Duo TOTP entry mask (but without the TOTP entry of course) would be sufficient to clear up any confusion.
